A run wouldn't start or didn't time
Timing needs Precise Location and Motion & Fitnessaccess (iOS Settings → PitLaunch), a rigid phone mount, and a clear view of the sky for GPS. The GPS row on the home screen shows signal quality before you launch — wait for “GPS good” or better, then arm the run.
Manage or cancel your subscription
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open Settings → your name → Subscriptionson your iPhone (or Manage subscription inside PitLaunch’s settings) to change or cancel. Cancelling during the 7-day free trial means you pay nothing.
Restore a previous purchase
Reinstalled, or moved to a new iPhone? Tap Restore purchase on the subscription screen while signed in with the same Apple ID.
Your data
PitLaunch stores runs, driver-card details and settings on your phone only — there are no accounts and no servers, so deleting the app deletes the data. Details in the Privacy Policy.
